She went on the search to find them short monologs to say for IMTA, a national competition held in New York City. The pickings were so slim in the bookstores, she herself, wrote each daughter a monolog to say. The acting coach thought they were so great he asked her to write for the whole class. One daughter got Runner Up for the “Actress of the Year” back in 2002. The talent agency told LiLi that a lot of their other talents got their monologs recognized and won their own trophies from LA, California to New York. Lili became well known in Kansas City and started coaching drama classes in schools for kids and teens. To this day she teaches kids how to go from “plain” to “crazy expressional” on stage.view less
