Sparky the Dragon-horse (1) Fired Up, and (2) Daddy’s Boy, Fantasi Books, 2011 was her first published books. She wrote children’s stories for Maskew Miller Longman (grades 1 – 3) and Oxford University Press (grade 3), and has short stories published with Nasau Via Africa, 2013 and POWA, 2010. She also does part-time freelance work and translations. Madeleen’s passion is to help people overcome the obstacles that are holding them back from living a victorious life. After more than ten years of fighting the good fight herself, she was able to produce a book that is very close to her heart, because it is the culmination of everything that she’s been struggling with.
