She has been inspired to write her stories based on the everyday life of being a Mom to all her fur kids. Bella Luna, her dog, an Italian greyhound, which she had for a little over 14 years, is the main character in her story. She now has three fur kids( all rescues) , Max , a maltes, Toby , an Italian greyhound, and Minnie , an Italian greyhound/ jack Russell mix. She believes pets are not only pets, they are family and their love for their human is unconditional. Meaghan is also an elementary teacher and high school track coach and has been a competitive runner for many years. She has an MS in Education, a BA in Communicatons and has been a writer and artist since her young years. Meaghan lives in Glen Cove, NY.view less
