After earning a master degree from Clark Atlanta University’s, Whitney M. Young, Jr., School of Social Work, Advance Standing Program and becoming a child protection service worker in the special investigation unit at the Department of Human Services, she decided to implement what she has learned into her writings. Her passion for child abuse and neglect, mental health disparities, and the elderly population has inspired her to write not only when she is feeling down but also for the love of people and understanding.view less
