We spend all of our experience in our heads and most of our time in the past or the future. I have been a healer for over seventeen years, working with the subtle energies around us, and have come to realize that the simplest thing can be the most profound for our lives. I believe the very first thing all of us must do to really experience our lives is be present.
As you will read in my book, I too had to realize that I was not present most of the time and therefore was feeling a lot of anxiety. You see, anxiety is fear of the future: it doesn’t live in the present. So, when you become present, you simply are not anxious.view less
