Eric lives in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, with his beautiful wife, Alison, their four lovely daughters (Jean, Wendy, Leslie and Joleen), two swarthy son-in-laws (Kurt and Bobby), and two fantastic g...view moreEric lives in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, with his beautiful wife, Alison, their four lovely daughters (Jean, Wendy, Leslie and Joleen), two swarthy son-in-laws (Kurt and Bobby), and two fantastic grandchildren (Noah and Keira). Eric retired in 2014 from the National Research Council of Canada. As a scientist he worked with companies to develop new medical innovations. He has published numerous scientific articles and patents. He helped develop Canada’s nanotechnology strategy and has traveled widely for International projects and conferences.
