He rose...view moreKeith Devine was born in Winnipeg, Canada, in August 1961, and was educated in London, England. He has a degree in English language and a Master of Business Administration. He rose to director level in the UK retail industry, but for the past twenty years he has run his own management consultancy business, working on major projects for central UK government departments such as the Ministry of Defence, Home Office, Crown Commercial Services, and the Cabinet Office. He has had two pieces of music published, in addition to a short book of poetry. Wilderness of Ice is his first novel.view less
