As an expert on the mind, she specializes in empowering both athletes and non-athletes in experiencing peak human performance. Since 2001 she has been helping clients to achieve their optimal state of performance in sport, career, personal life, and relationships via her private practice in Amelia Island, Florida. She has developed trainings and techniques which provide clients mental mastery, and the ability to easily and frequently perform in the Zone State. Dawn has an ever growing list of clients globally, as well as those credentialed in and as: Olympics, Hall-of-Fame, World Champions, PGA TOUR, LPGA, Web.com TOUR, IJGA, USA Shooting, ISSF, PSCA, USA Sporting Clays Team, WBA, Ironman, NCAA; as well as thousands of every-day competing athletes.
Dawn is genuinely, personally inspired daily to understand the human psyche and it’s most efficient use; not only for clients, but for herself. She has invested well over 60,000 hours in understanding the mind; it’s potential, our limitations, how to overcome those limitations, and how to be the best version of ourselves. Dawn has a personal mission: to facilitate people in attaining peek performance in sport and life while genuinely having fun. Because of this internal drive she offers an extensive number of training tools in her Online Courses, Hypnosis Downloads, and Video Libraries.
Dawn is the inventor of Mind Mastered self-help website and application; and the owner of Amelia Shotgun Sports in Yulee, Florida where she has her own on-site Mind Training School. She is co-founder and current President of the non-profit, Joy To The Children. And proud mother of two children, Chandler and Charlie Grant.
