He has written, produced, and directed several stage plays.
The story in “When Flowers Grow Again” was first produced as a stage play entitled “Price to Pay” in 1990 and was developed into a novel in 2004.
Chamunda lives in Lusaka with his wife, Sharon. They have three sons—Suwilanji, Wamusechela, and Ichawila-ntaombela. He is a partner in an engineering and road construction practice in Zambia and continues to write on a part-time basis.view less
