From Piaget to Meves to Dr. Spock and his followers. From the Anti-Authoritarian to the Ferber-Method the author has seen many parenting styles come and go. Her observance of many mammalian parents led her to adapt a more natural reasoning. Guiding her four children to attend Harvard (2), Stanford and West Point earned her the moniker as a PhD in Child development. She has a degree in Psychology but claims summers spent in a State Mental Institution provided an even better education. She lives in California.view less
