From Kingston, Jamaica and now Miami, Florida, recitations of his works have travelled through communities, urban and rural as well as the more sophisticated corporate settings, yet best remembered at the International Society of Poets fifth annual Convention and Symposium in Washington D. C. U.S.A. As a poet of the year nominee in August 1995, he waqs awarded the International Poet of Merit Plaque and emerged winner of a Poet’s Choice Award.
