It was in Israel that she met the gifted Canadian songwriter, David Richardson, who composed the famous romantic ballad of the 1970’s, “Wildflower”. They were married at Christ Church in Jerusalem’s Old City in 2009, and since then she has written The Hand That Writes the Love Song, which tells the remarkable life story of her husband. The Richardsons presently make their home in Jerusalem where they have a ministry devoted to feeding the poor and homeless. Lesley also has degrees in English Literature and Theology, and in her writing above all desires to bear witness to “the Love which moves the sun and all the stars.”view less
