He then attended film sch...view moreBorn and raised in Houston, TX, Nathan Merritt spent a few years in Argentina preaching the gospel of Jesus Christ to hundreds of families in their homes. He then attended film school in Chicago, IL to make entertaining films that help people come closer to Christ.
While working in the broadcast industry in Yakima, WA, he wrote and directed his first feature-length film, Hannah and Jude, with a volunteer cast and crew. It is the story of a man who pretends to be blind to cope with a recent tragedy.
Currently living in Spokane, WA, Nathan continues to work in the broadcast industry and is raising funds to finish the film. He enjoys spending time with his family and hiking the many beautiful trails of the Inland Northwest.view less
