The assassination of President John Fitzgerald Kennedy of the United States, on 22 November 1963 and the consternation expressed by her parents, was what first woke the Author up to the fact that t...view moreThe assassination of President John Fitzgerald Kennedy of the United States, on 22 November 1963 and the consternation expressed by her parents, was what first woke the Author up to the fact that there were other realities outside of her safe and happy childhood in Lagos, Nigeria. She was 10 years old. Not long after, she began to follow the Civil Rights activities of the Rev. Martin Luther King Jr, as well as the campaign by Robert ‘Bobby’ Kennedy to become the President of the United States, on radio at night when she should have been asleep. Martin Luther King’s assassination on 4 April 1968, closely followed by that of Robert Kennedy on 5 June 1968, removed any lingering cobwebs of sleep and she has been awake, woke and deeply interested in the affairs of the world ever since.
Her spiritual journey began in 1983 when she came across a copy of the newly published book Out On A Limb by Shirley Maclaine, quickly followed by the Seth Books by Jane Roberts, opening her up to a fantastic world of discovery and self-discovery, that is as magical today as it was then. Her spiritual journey led her to Australia in 1991, and eventually to a pilgrimage in 2012 to the amazing Rock of Ages in the center of Australia, known as Uluru. Her deep and abiding interest in the affairs of the world as well as in the spiritual side of life, has led to this book. In this time of unprecedented change in the affairs of humankind, and the need for humanity to re-examine everything and make radical changes, she hopes that you find some inspiration in her vision of a New Consciousness New Energy Civilization, founded on the tenets laid out in All ‘Beings’ Are of Equal Value: Consciousness and the Pursuit of Excellence In Service to Self and In Service to All Beings.view less
