Paul was born in Surrey, England and was brought up on the south coast in West Sussex.After his studies Paul worked for NatWest Bank until late 1979 when he started his flying career with the famou...view morePaul was born in Surrey, England and was brought up on the south coast in West Sussex.After his studies Paul worked for NatWest Bank until late 1979 when he started his flying career with the famous Laker Airways SkyTrain service from London's Gatwick airport.With the demise of Laker Airways Paul went on to work as a Flight Engineer with British Air Ferries, based in Tripoli, Libya, mainly ferrying oil workers across the Sahara Desert.After a short time in Libya Paul moved on to work for British Airways, firstly at London Gatwick and then operating worldwide flights as a Purser on B747 aircraft out of London's Heathrow Airport.After taking early retirement from flying, Paul has now moved back to the south coast of England.view less
