Daniel successfully managed to evade the traps that the prison industrial complex set up for black men on parole that so many of his peer group fell victim to, he never returned to prison.
Daniel is the son of Daniel Sheppard Sr. deceased. A decorated World War Two Naval Veteran who fought against the Japanese in the Pacific, New Guinea Theatre.
