He is well versed in the rules and regulations that govern the profession, with particular expertise in the health care regulations governing corporate dentistry and medicine. Bill has written many articles addressing the legal and business needs of licensed professionals and regularly speaks on a wide variety of topics to conventions, trade shows, study groups, and societies, as well as students and residents at dental and medical schools.
