Bryan, Governor Bryan's Director of the Department of Commerce, and in the administration of Governor Bob Miller. Struve served on the state ethics commission, Nevada's celebration of the bicentennial of the US Constitution, the Nevada World Trade Council (NEWTRAC), and the Nevada Innovation, Technology & Entrepreneurship Council (NITEC).
