Marrying her college sweetheart in 1992 and having three beautiful children has been her childhood dream come true. But childhood trauma, riding the hormonal/emotional rollercoaster, and having three miscarriages in a ten-year period left Shawna in a stressed state that took the energy and joy out of living her dream. In 2010, she decided something needed to change; she needed to change.
