The transition from theological essays to mystery writer wasn’t difficult, for the ancients used story-telling as a means of teaching virtues, mysteries, and adventure. Though she came to writing fiction late in life, she has published a number of short-stories in anthologies, and has published several books. Presently, Chéri lives in Central Texas with her husband, a dog who volunteered to live with them, and three ducks, one of which just showed up in her yard and decided to stay.view less
