The author, Andrew Choi, a young captain presented an article about "Just War" to the commander of the NATO (North Atlantic Treaty Organization). It was the day before the U.S. air strike on Yugoslavia. The day this author visited the senior leader who had the most influence regarding this decision happened to be the day before the action. This author's visit to NATO HQ Commander LTG at Brussels, Belgium was purely to perform his chaplain role as moral advisor. He believes the decision was made justly according to God's will.view less
