Helen has discovered that empowering people is the true mark of a leader, not chasing top-line growth. Although she has found, over and over, that by leading and empowering people, sustainable growth happens naturally.
Helen has spent years working with teams and individuals, across the world, to help them deliver the best performance they can give and to learn to fulfil their potential, whatever that may be. She has done this by leading global teams, delivering training and coaching, and mentoring individuals to personal and professional growth.
Over the years, Helen has developed a curiosity to understand what makes her and others tick, and to help them become better leaders in the workplace by learning to care and love their teams.
Helen is not a theorist; she practices what she has learnt and what she teaches every day. Helen also sees herself as a perpetual student, knowing that every interaction, be it with international thought leaders or her own children, is an opportunity to grow, learn and become better at loving yourself and others.
Helen has spoken at events across the world for some of the world's largest companies, she has trained hundreds of people around the world and runs her own successful consulting business.
