He personally experienced the devastating effects of addiction in his family and among friends. Eight family members and friends died from suicide related to addiction, or the addiction itself.
Due to intense personal life experiences, he was diagnosed with PTSD, anxiety, panic attacks, and depression. In this book, he shares his personal experiences of how he worked himself through these challenging symptoms without taking any pharmaceutical medications at all.
As part of his journey, Dan engaged in extensive spiritual therapist training work, learning how to navigate his own challenges, and later to help guide others.view less
