He is the founder and CEO of Achieve Health USA ...view moreAri Gronich is known as "The Performance Therapist" and the go to guy for Sports and Accident Injury Rehabilitation and Prevention. He is the founder and CEO of Achieve Health USA LLC, Lead Instructor and founder of the Performance Therapy Academy, and has served on the advisory boards of several health and wellness nonprofit organizations. Ari has been highly trained in many disciplines within the fields of bodywork, kinesiology, nutrition, health, and sports therapy. He has over 25,000 hours of hands-on work and 5000 plus hours of training and internship. Ari has trained hundreds of other therapists in the field. Working with World Class Athletes has given him a unique perspective in taking an athlete from amateur to professional and giving these athletes longevity in their careers through prevention and rehabilitation of injury. He brings these skills to help everyone that comes to him live a more pain and injury-free life!
Ari attended life-transforming workshops, such as EST at age eight, Lifespring, Summit, and the Forum, all before he was a teenager. He practiced Buddhism alongside going to temple studying for his Bar Mitzvah, and then his inquiring mind brought him to studying other religions, philosophies, and spiritual paths.
Ari has presented workshops with Mark Victor Hansen from Chicken Soup for the Soul; Robert Allen, author of the One Minute Millionaire and the Enlightened Wealth Institute; Clinton Swaine of Frontier Games; Berny Dohrmann from CEO Space International; Adam Markel from Peak Potentials; The Medical Fitness Association; Achieve Systems; and many more.
For all his adult life Ari has helped transform his clients' bodies and lives through increased flexibility, performance, and power, enhancing physical as well as mental and emotional health. Through his work with Achieve Health USA and the Performance Therapy Academy he educates other doctors, therapists, and trainers to become the best they can be while at the same time bringing a national presence of wellness and productivity to businesses through individualized corporate programs designed to increase the vitality and health of the workplace.
