Achieving everything you want in life can be confusing and overwhelming which makes people feel tired and inadequate. I wake up every morning and lead by example to pave the way so that more people can live a purposeful and fulfilling life.I'm just a kid from the suburbs of London, England. I went through what kids typically do these days — chubby younger years, bullying at school, divorced parents, sporting injuries, teenage depression, and painful breakups.Growing up in this modern society that thrives on performance, competition, and perfection, I developed a couple of unhelpful traits — an overactive conscience and an insatiable desire to please. As you can imagine, this resulted in some teenage angst and a few dysfunctional relationships. The good news is that when I entered the corporate world, these characteristics made me outstanding at my job. Always striving to exceed expectations, continuously pushing myself to be better, and taking on anything and everything that was thrown at me.This worked wonders until intensified workloads, unreasonable expectations, and difficulty balancing life led to crippling anxiety, overwhelming worry, and debilitating stress levels. In 2014 I pushed past my limit and suffered a nervous breakdown. The experience was brutal, it absolutely destroyed me. It realized my greatest fear that I was not good enough, and it defined rock bottom for me. The only way from there was up.What I did have growing up was a secret weapon: A wonderfully supportive, understanding, and loving Mom. Because of this, deep down, I always knew there was more to life, I always knew I could be so much more, and I always knew I had something incredibly valuable to give.It took the events of 2014 for me to ask more critical questions and look in the right place. It sparked a journey of self-discovery and personal development. Over 2+ years, I rebuilt my body, rewrote my beliefs, reprogrammed my thinking, and rewired my brain. I tapped into my inner strength, woke up my dormant spirituality, and uncovered my purpose. Now I live a magnificent life. Not because of the people, places, and things I enjoy every day. Not because of anything materialistic. Simply because I took back control of my mind, I mastered emotional state management, and I committed to unconditional happiness no matter what.I started coaching in 2017 as a way to share what I had learned and to accelerate my own personal development. Somewhere along the way, I found myself fulfilled like never before. In 2019, I decided to "jump," and I created Shaping Reality, a coaching organization on a mission to equip you with the knowledge and practices needed to live an extraordinary life. Shaping Reality is the always-getting-better version of me.I am so happy and grateful to say that I am doing what I love, and I look forward to serving you.view less
