He provided expert input to Ph.D. theses, including in Germany and France.
He was co-founder and first president (2010-2015) of Coptic Solidarity, a leading US-based advocacy group. In this capacity, he has given Congressional testimony. He served as the international senior editor (2003-2011) of Watani, the leading Cairo-based Coptic weekly newspaper.
He has had a long management career with a large multinational company in the energy technology sector, with over three decades' career in the Middle East, Europe, Africa, and the Far East.view less
