He has tried approximately three hundred jury trials in state and federal, civil and criminal courts in Louisiana and Texas. He was an Assistant District Attorney and Division Chief in New Orleans for almost a decade, where he prosecuted every type of violent and white-collar crime, including numerous capital murder cases.Culver has been an Adjunct Professor of Law at Tulane University School of Law for the last thirty-five years. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Louisiana State University, and acquired his law degree from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law in the evening division while an Assistant Vice President at a local bank.view less
