readers in hopes of having a positive impact on other people’s lives. Sean might not fit the mold of most
self-help authors, but that is what makes him stand out. His conversational style makes it seem like
you’re just getting coffee with a friend, discussing practical, obtainable goals, skills and mindsets that
can push you to make the absolute most out of this life. He is a 25-year-old millennial, and he speaks to
his peers when he writes, making his book both relatable and relevant to an underrepresented group in
the self-help vertical.
Sean is driven to motivate people to be their absolute best, even (and especially) when going through a
rough time, like we all inevitably do. Sean feels incredibly alive and energized when he is writing and you
can feel this passion to inspire through his words.
Sean is a 2016 graduate of West Virginia University, having earned his bachelor’s degree in
Communication Studies with a focus in Social Media. He was a two-time state place winning wrestler at
Lake Catholic High School in Mentor, Ohio and earned his varsity letter during his one year wrestling at
WVU. He currently coaches high school wrestlers and many of the lessons he uses during coaching find
their way into his own mindset, as well as his book’s advice for a greater life. He works full time as a
social media coordinator in the travel and tourism industry, and resides in Cleveland, Ohio.view less
