He has served as a middle school teacher, university instructor, educational technology specialist and technology coordinator. He earned a doctorate in educational administration and leadership at Kansas State University, and is currently an associate professor in the School of Education at Newman University in Wichita. Frazier’s interests include technology leadership, professional development and working with preservice and inservice teachers to enhance teaching and learning with technology. He has been active in a variety of educational organizations at the state and national levels. He recently completed nine years as a board member with the Mid-America Association for Computers in Education. He’s the author or co-author of all four editions of The Technology Coordinator’s Handbook.view less
