I became a Luthe...view moreMy brother and I were orphans during WWII in Latvia and Germany. DNA tests indicate Belarusian-Jewish origin. We are listed in the survivor’s list at the National Holocaust Museum. I became a Lutheran pastor like my adoptive father, and served as a missionary in Nigeria. My wife and I have been blessed with 4 children and 12 grandchildren. I have served numerous parishes in the Midwest, and continue to joyfully minister at age 80.view less
