He works in the area of ice and iceberg research and has wide-ranging interests in other areas of science and technology. His past work experience includes working at a wind tunnel laboratory, C-CORE, an oil & gas company, structural design firm, and in construction management. Steve’s had an interest in photography for some time and naturally applied this to his working trade to account for at least some of what appears in this book. Other interests include outdoor activities with scouts, woodworking, and cottage/country life. He is married with two children and lives in St. John’s.view less
