Called and commissioned as an Apostle, he breaks new grounds and plant churches. His focus is missions, global evangelism, revival, marriage restoration, deliverance and refugee ministry.
Apostle Mark and his wife Pastor Ann Excel are blessed with six children and a grandchild: Wisdom, Blessing, Bright, Gods power, Gospel, Freedom and Precious. They reside in New York with their children. Apostle Excel and his wife co-host "Moment of Freedom" a regular TV program on Public Access Chanel 20.
