The 10th amendment is actually a truism or in other words an axiom. The 10th amendment is a bounded single expression containing a constant “delegated power clause” and a variable “reserved power clause.” The 10th amendment is actually qualified as being a mathematical model within the Constitution.
The 10th Amendment model states “the powers not delegated (delegated power clause) to the United States of America by the constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved (reserved power clause) to the states respectively, or to the people.”
Based upon the 10th Amendment model, Mr. Marchi brings his experience as an algebraist and programmer programing mathematical models to writing the following Books:
