She is a published writer and contributor to several newspapers and periodicals. She also lectures and teaches classes both in her community and other parts of the country. She has served as a professional consultant to k-12 schools in multiple locations and has worked on the university level as Director of Institutional Advancement. She has three passions: her family, her writing and her teaching. She has served on a number of boards, and continues to involve herself in the areas which reflect those passions.
