He graduated from Hofmeyer High School, went for ministerial training at Rhema Bible Training Centre. He obtained an MA sociology specializing in Narrative Counselling.
He holds a Dth, D.Div and PhD. He obtained Advanced Leadership Certificate at Haggai Institute in Singopore. Dr. Makwakwa excels in revelation knowledge and power gifts and he also believes in excellence of ministry. He opposes anything that encourages ignorance.
