As a nurse, wife, mother and teacher, I’ve been honored to share the walk of life with many people. It seems both formal and informal lessons abound for all of us on this journey. My own life has taught me much and trees are one important part of my classroom. When I took the time to look and listen, the trees provided great wisdom. From there the pieces for this book just came together. Although I call Oregon home, I’m a traveler at heart and am fascinated by life anywhere I go. I’m always ready to be surprised by new opportunities for understanding people, our environment and our precious global community.view less
