She has been a missionary in Quebec since 1971. Her background includes: service as a translator, Sunday school teacher for children and adolescents, Bible teacher for women’s groups, children’s camp director and conference speaker. She is also author of several other books: “Le Phare brille encore...,” and in the field of Christian education: “Moi, j’apprends mieux en jouant,” “Je me tiens à la porte et je frappe,” “N’importe qui peut enseigner!?!,” “Je t’aime trop pour te laisser agir comme ça!” and “Aidons-les à grandir!.”
Carole Silvera is an American-Canadian and a graduate of University of California, Los Angeles, Capernwray Bible School in England and Multnomah Bible School in Oregon. Like Petit-Clerc, she has been a missionary in Quebec since 1971. She has worked in children’s camps as a children’s counselor and director of music and crafts, Sunday school for children, in one-to-one follow-up with young people and adults (women) and as a writer of children’s and young people’s Bible studies. She is author of two books in the field of Christian education : “Les dix suggestions... démodés ou PERTINENTS?” and “Pas trop petit pour être enseigné.” She and Petit-Clerc have established a Christian publishing company by the name of Éditions Bérékia.view less
