He’s a retired navy captain and spent several years as an international airline pilot. He’s a graduate of Stanford University with advanced degrees in aeronautical engineering and business administration. He’s also an alumnus of the National Defense University.
Bill flew eighty combat missions over Vietnam and served at the Pentagon for six years. He authored articles that have appeared in aviation journals and is a member of Beta Gamma Sigma and Tau Beta Pi, national honor societies in business and engineering respectively.view less
