West has worked in technology support and management capacities in the corporate sector in Broadcasting with CNN – Turner Technology Services in Atlanta, Georgia; Telecommunications with MCI Worldcom in Atlanta and Austin Texas; Financial Services with Capital One Bank, also higher education with Dillard University in New Orleans, and K-12 technology capacities with Algiers Charter Schools Consortium in New Orleans Louisiana.
West is a native of New Orleans, Louisiana where he attended Redeemer-Seton High School. He is a graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi were he studied abroad at Enforex Spanish learning school in Madrid, Spain and participated in an executive level leadership cohort at the Tulane University A.B. Freeman School of Business and Entrepreneurship.
