I wrote this book to imagine what it would be like as an author of a life, as an author of an actual human soul. It's fictional but when you realize the true meaning of everything and nothing it seems so real. I live in New York City and what they say is true, this is definitely the city that never sleeps. My neighborhood might not be the biggest but there's always something going on here. Everyone always seemed proud on the outside of what I accomplished ever since I was a baby and their proudness (if that's even a word) is what got me to search for publishing companies so that I, Ashini Gunaratne, currently 12 going on 13, can share my imagination with the world.view less
