I live an interesting life and had the pleasure of learning a few ideas, phylosophies and strategies that have help me become successfull in the various areas of my life. I want the opportunity to share my experiences and ideas with others who are struggling with themselves so they can learn to live intenally successfull.
As an African American and someone who is aware of how self esteem works, I know my ideas and experiences can help others of a simmilar background (or any background) achieve healthy self esteem.
