In almost every culture the marriage covenant is under attack. In many cases due to inmaturity,lack of understanding of the male and female purpose resulting in breakdown of the covenant.
I am happily married for twelve years to my present wife Lillian Patterson Woodard we share in the ministry.We are a dynamic duo to the Kingdom Of God. We travel the globe doing deliverance ministry and hosting praise and worship seminars to the glory of the Kingdom...recently established ministry in West Nigeria Africa.............
Born August 9,1953 in Pampa,Texas to Eugene and Celest Lady Woodard..1971 graduate of Pampa High School.
