Joe has made an extensive study of world wisdo...view moreIn the last ten years, Joe Hahn, RYT, has helped thousands of people grow in awareness, through his teaching of yoga and meditation, and his writings. Joe has made an extensive study of world wisdom traditions, with a focus on the traditions of India, where yoga originates. Additionally, he has studied the works of many contemporary spiritual teachers, including Dr. David Hawkins, Eckhardt Tolle, Ken Wilbur, Dr. Wayne Dwyer, Dr. Deepak Chopra, Louise Hay, and many others. In his writing and teaching, he combines ancient wisdom and modern spiritual thinking. His spiritual philosophy is simple: each of us is a unique, beautiful expression of the divine, and we all share the same divine light. This idea underpins all of his teaching and writing.
Joe is a registered yoga teacher with the Yoga Alliance, a certified hatha yoga instructor, and a certified Oneness Blessing (Deeksha) giver. He teaches weekly yoga classes, and offers meditation and oneness blessings each week. Joe lives with his family near Baltimore, Maryland.
