Doris Pierce Neuhold and her husband, Fred, reside in both Southeastern Colorado and East Texas. Having married the, "Cowboy- Wanna -Be," from the poem, "Looking for Husband Number two," they summer in Colorado among the sagebrush and sand and winter east of Dallas on a small private lake surround by the trees, she so loves.
When asked about her interest other than writing, she quickly answers, “I am a collector. I collect hobbies.” Her many hobbies include collecting rocks and feathers.
Reflections is her first poetry book although she has written several short stories and a children’s book, “The Adventures of Weggles.” She is currently working on her next book, “Back Then,” a story of her early life in rural Tennessee .view less
