He majored in English, receiving honors, and graduated from the university?s law school. During World War II the governor appointed him County Attorney for Santa Cruz County in Arizona. He had previously worked as an editor for the Nogales Herald, the only local newspaper. Mr. Espinosa was a member of the Arizona and California Bars.view less
