Jack Brownlee began writing song lyrics at the early stage of 13. Since then he has written various television sitcom scripts "I never made any money off of them, but it encouraged me to continue writing."
Jack later co-wrote a three-act musical comedy which he also produced. The comedy entitled "Da Days of Dis-Dat-Doos and Dees" toured various colleges throughout southern California.
Jack's retirement from KFMB Television station in San Diego, California gives him more time to continue his writing. The writing of A Brand New Moon comes as one of the many interests he has in trying to understand what this great, mysterious universe holds for our future.
Jack is the recipient of the prestigious EMMY award for writing and production in the Best Entertainment Show category for San Diego television in 1980. Jack Brownlee is married and the father of three sons.view less
