A daily diet of expressions like ‘horizontal proliferation’ and ‘constitutionalization’ naturally led to writing fantasy in her off hours as a way of staying grounded. Other experiences in her 38 years in the workforce were more fraught and resulted in her non-fiction book, Workplace Bullying: A survival guide. In her alter ego as Katherine Williams, she and her book have been featured on television and radio and in newspapers across Canada. She has been a guest speaker on this subject at seminars for employment equity organizations, unions, conflict resolution professionals, and others.view less
