A native Pennsylvanian, he graduated from William Allen High School in Allentown, received his B.A. degree in political science from Allegheny College in Meadville and was awarded his juris doctor degree from Duquesne University School of Law in Pittsburgh. He resides in Florida with his wife and their German Shepherd. He is an avid fly fisherman.view less
