Philip was raised in the greater Dayton area and graduated from Beavercreek High School in 1964. He attended the Ohio State University in Columbus, graduating in 1969 with a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering Degree. Philip F. Kearney, Jr. was licensed as a Professional Engineer in Ohio, on August 4, 1976. Philip went on to attend Capital University Law School and graduated from the Evening Division with a Juris Doctor Degree in 1975. Philip F. Kearney, Jr. was sworn in as an Attorney and Counselor at Law in Ohio, on November 7, 1975.Philip worked as a Pizza Driver as the only job he could get. Philip saved his money, learned to invest in the stock market and made money. Philip is now retired and owns his own home.view less
