My younger years were spent reading, playing sports, and surfing. My desire for adventure and seeing new places led me to Ohio, where I spent just enough time to become an Ohio State Buckeye Football fan. I traveled to the Southeast and made sunny Florida my home base. After receiving a B.A. in Psychology, I was accepted into the Clinical Master's Program. My love for writing began to flourish at this time, but was still just a hobby. It was many years later, after starting a few businesses, that I decided to combine my knowledge of health and fitness with my passion for writing.view less
